A graduate of West Point and the University of Tennessee Executive MBA program, Caleb brings his unique experiences as a military leader and a manufacturing executive to help businesses achieve peak performance.

Following graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2013, Caleb led a team across four countries in the Middle East, firing over 2,500 GPS-guided rockets. This demanding experience instilled in him an unwavering commitment to mission success and the ability to thrive under pressure, even in the most complex and high-stakes environments. For his leadership while deployed, Caleb was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal.

After leaving the military, Caleb served as a plant manager and company officer for a food manufacturing plant. He greatly enhanced the plant's profitability and company culture through dedicated cultural change initiatives, strategic HR restructuring, and targeted capital investments.

Caleb accepted a role as VP of Supply Chain with a new food manufacturing company. As part of the senior leadership team, he helped integrate two acquired companies and open a new manufacturing facility. His ability to bridge the gap between strategy and execution while fostering collaboration across departments proved invaluable in helping his company achieve new levels of success.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee's Executive MBA program, Caleb completed his thesis on M&A targeting and integration in medium-sized firms. Through graduate-level research and hands-on experience as an executive, Caleb has a deep understanding of the unique challenges small and medium-sized businesses face.
